Ayurveda teaches that our habits, routines, and dietary choices should reflect the energy of the season. Depending on your constitution, summer may increase your internal sense of harmony, or it may aggravate one of your innate tendencies. We can support better balance throughout the year by making a conscious effort to live in harmony with the cycles of nature.

This workshop will support you to connect with and offer care to each of the chakra centres so that you can make the most of the abundance of summer. We will present a brief overview of Ayurveda as it relates to aromatherapy, the seasons and the body, and will integrate Ayurvedic principles into an experiential afternoon that includes asana, sound and kirtan, and essential oils. Explorations in Gratitude teleseries

Have you ever felt worse after making a gratitude list? Have you thought a grateful life was beyond your reach? Have you wanted a gratitude practice but didn’t know how to get started?

Free conference call January 9th, 2015 at 7:30 pm Eastern for an hour.

Class series to run 5 Thursdays from January 16 – February 13th, 2015, 7:30 – 9:30 pm.

I struggled with gratitude practice when I first heard of it. At first, doing it made me feel worse! I tried and gave up a number of times. Then, in the course of my personal and professional journeys, I encountered some skills and practices that made it possible for me to enter into a holistic experience of gratitude that has in turn changed my experience of life. I’m excited to share what I’ve discovered with others and to hear, by exploring gratitude, what does and doesn’t work for others.

Using Inner Relationship Focusing skills and processes, and applying the principles and practices of Nonviolent Communication, in this 5-week course we will explore the theory and practice of inner and outer gratitude. The classes will contain didactic and experiential components, and participants will be invited to meet in partnerships on a specific gratitude-related theme between classes.

Cost after January 9th is $269. Early bird rate is $250.

Minimum 5 registrants. Bonuses are available to participants in the free conference call.
