Running a successful business is an emotional roller coaster,

especially if you’re a woman entrepreneur.

By the way, if you'd rather listen or watch the information on this page, here's a video. Otherwise, scroll on!

You’re calling all the shots and wearing all the hats with no one holding your hand.

Maybe you also have caring responsibilities for children, spouse or parents.

It's taking a toll on your mood and emotions and you're tired of carrying it all on your own.

The past two years have shown us all certainties are out the window.
You’re even more stressed, lonely and isolated than usual.
You wish you had the companionship of a group of women who get it, and who understand that mental and emotional wellness is important.

Because you know you would be stronger with support.

I know that you’re tough, strong and capable.
You’re smart. You know how to push through—how else did you get where you are today?
But this is taking a toll on you.

You can be even stronger with support.

And I'm here to help.

I’m Shulamit Ber Levtov

You can call me Shula for short

I help women entrepreneurs uplift their mindset and pilot their emotions so they can overcome the isolation and anxiety of running a business.

I’m a Masters-level trauma therapist who has  logged thousands of hours helping women entrepreneurs and professional women learn to manage stress and anxiety, and to get their sanity back after burning out.

Also, I'm an entrepreneur, just like you. I've been riding this rollercoaster for over 27 years.

I know how hard it can be to be responsible for it all on your own. I know how alienating it is when no-one understands your struggles or victories.

I know how draining it can be to wear all the hats and do all the things… all while bouncing back, crisis after crisis.

But I also know that support is what makes me stronger.

That’s why I started this emotion-focussed and supportive community.

What is the Women Entrepreneurs' Support Community?

This community-centered program gives you the support you need to effectively manage the emotional highs and lows of doing business, and stay strong.

This community is made up of women who understand and can relate to you.

The community is supported and held by a trained professional who has spent more than 20 years helping people manage their anxiety and recover from stress and trauma.

This community is about support, solidarity and connection.

How the community works

It's a space that supports you in being brave, so you can talk about and explore the emotional aspects of being in business for yourself: the good, the bad and the ugly.

There is nothing so healing as knowing you’re not alone in your struggles, and nothing better than celebrating your successes in a community of women who get what these successes really mean.

In the course of our meetings, you'll also receive education and training in stress management and resilience, as the issues arise. You will learn and practice key skills that empower you to handle the curveballs life throws your way.

Because you're stronger with support.

And when you’re stronger, your business is safer.

What you get
  • 6 facilitated community video calls, every other Wednesday, 330 - 5 pm Eastern from 17 February to 28 April, 2022.

In these calls--unlike with networking--you won’t have to wear your “I’ve got it all together” mask and can talk honestly, with peers who get it, about how you are feeling, and about your struggles and successes.

In each call, the discussion will be focused around a theme from resilience research.

The 6 domains of resilience that frame our discussions are:

  • vision
  • health
  • composure
  • reasoning
  • tenacity
  • collaboration

But the definitions of these terms, according to the research, are not exactly what you might think. Therefore, prior to each call, you will receive an email that introduces the topic and the supporting research as well as reflection prompts and resources.

Add-on options

You may discover in the course of our community discussion that you want individualized support on one or more issues. If so, you have the option of adding additional support.

Live, one-to-one support

Meetings would be held live, via phone or video, and can include:

  • Time and space to speak and be heard by a trained listener.
  • Consultation and instruction on resilience and stress-busting skills
  • Coaching on emerging emotional issues
  • Professional support and accountability to identify your mental wellness KPIs and develop and implement your mental wellness plan

Asynchronous voice message support (Voxer)

This support option might be for you if you don't have time for a 1-hour appointment.

Voxer support is ideal when

  • You want a place to unload your emotions about something that's in your way, so you can let go of it for now and get on with things.
  • You want to share an insight with someone who "gets it."
  • You want verbal feedback, reassurance or brief coaching on a situation or technique.

Calls run bi-weekly on Thursdays from February 17th to May 28, 2022, 3:30 - 5:00pm Eastern.

The community is ongoing. New cohorts are welcomed every 3 months.

Minimum commitment is three months. The group is closed between registration windows in order to nurture connection and community-building.

Community membership is $100 per month

  • 1:1 live consultations are $250 per meeting
  • Voxer support is $250 for 30 days

(CAD or USD depending on the currency in which you earn your living)

Deadline for registration for this cohort is February 14, 2022.

Early enrollment bonus

As soon as you join, you can have immediate access to 1:1 consultation with me and/or Voxer support at the special community rate.
