Women Entrepreneurs'
Peer Support Group
Because you are stronger with support
Running a successful business is an emotional roller coaster,
especially if you’re a woman.
You’re calling all the shots and wearing all the hats with no one holding your hand.
Maybe you also have caring responsibilities for children, spouse or parents.
The past few years have shown us all certainties are out the window.
You’re even more stressed, anxious and isolated than usual.
You wish you had the companionship of a group of women who get it, and who understand that mental and emotional wellness is important.
Because you know you would be stronger with support.
I know that you’re tough, strong and capable.
You’re smart. You know how to push through—how else did you get where you are today?
But this is taking a toll on you.
You can be even stronger with support.
And I'm here to help.
I’m Shulamit Ber Levtov
You can call me Shula for short
I work with women business owners to discover what affects their mental and emotional wellbeing & create a plan to deal with it in an era of relentless stressors that can make you lose your shit on the daily.
I’m a Masters-level trauma therapist who has logged thousands of hours helping women entrepreneurs and professional women learn to manage stress and anxiety, and to get their sanity back after burning out.
Also, I'm an entrepreneur, just like you. I've been riding this rollercoaster for over 27 years.
I know how hard it can be to be responsible for it all on your own. I know how alienating it is when no-one understands your struggles or victories.
I know how draining it can be to wear all the hats and do all the things… all while bouncing back, crisis after crisis.
But I also know that support is what makes me stronger.
That’s why I started this emotion-focussed and supportive community.

Supportive Community
This community-centered program gives you the support you need to effectively manage the emotional highs and lows of doing business, and stay strong.
This community is made up of women who understand and can relate to you.
The community is supported and held by a trained professional who has spent more than 20 years helping people manage their anxiety and recover from stress and trauma.
This community is about support, solidarity and connection.
It's a space that supports you in being brave, so you can talk about and explore the emotional aspects of being in business for yourself: the good, the bad and the ugly.
There is nothing so healing as knowing you’re not alone in your struggles, and nothing better than celebrating your successes in a community of women who get what these successes really mean.
In the course of our meetings, you'll also receive education and training in stress management and resilience, as the issues arise.
You will learn and practice key skills that empower you to handle the curveballs life throws your way.

What You Get
Peer support calls
In the video calls--unlike with networking--you won’t have to wear your “I’ve got it all together” mask. You are welcome to talk honestly, with peers who get it, about how you are feeling, and about your struggles and successes.

In each call, the discussion will be focused around a theme from the 6 factors of risk to entrepreneurial mental health and how we experience them. We will also discuss our experiences and strategies for addressing them.
The 6 factors that frame our discussions are:
- VUCA
- "hustle"
- isolation
- lack of support
- linking self-worth to success
- predisposition to mental health challenges

Resilience education
As a totally optional enhancement, between sessions you will also receive short teachings and reflection prompts about the 6 domains of resilience, as identified by the PR6 research, that can support you in addressing resilience challenges.
Slack channel
The intention for Slack is as a way participants can connect with one another between sessions. If something comes up for you and you want to connect and ask for support, you can use the WESC Slack channel. You can also use it to DM one another privately and connect that way.
